Hello! I’m so excited to be a part of the community at Resonance Center for Bodywork. As both a Licensed Esthetician and Licensed Massage Therapist, I consider myself a theorist in both skin care and bodywork and will continue my education to that end.
I have joined this community knowing that my dual licenses will allow me a variety of experiences, which suits my eclectic personality. Though I am a calm humble woman, I sincerely enjoy laughter and have a joyful spirit! With this blend, I hope to facilitate ease and comfort to those whom I am privileged to work with. At my core I am understanding, open-minded and am motivated by love and acceptance. In my practice my values stem from the following principals:

Community – I’m a strong proponent of community and how it embodies our overall need for connection and a sense of self. My training in bodywork has reminded me how interconnected we truly are as humans and how much we can support and enrich one and other.

Simplicity – I truly believe that simplicity in life counteracts stress that accumulates over time and overrides our body’s innate ability to obtain internal balance.

Safety and Intention – It is my sincerest intention to ensure a sense of safety and well-being, trust and respect to your boundaries. I strive to gain a deep understanding of your processes so that I may hold a sacred space for you during your healing treatments.

Healthcare – I believe that as awareness continues to rise, Holistic Care will certainly be more involved in our future Health Care Model. From ancient times up to modern day Holistic self-care continues to deliver alternative choices in achieving health and prosperity to all ages and all people.

I graduated from Heritage College with an Associate’s Degree in Occupational Studies in ’07 and recently graduated from the Colorado School of Healing Arts in July ‘11 as a Massage Therapist.
